While this book was simplistic, it was a fun read. If you are a Constitutional Conservative you will love the concept of this book, if you are a liberal you will lose your mind. We can only hope. :)

I felt the main characters were engaging and reasonably well developed.

I absolutely love the political content of the book and feel Mr. Fortney was spot on in what the liberal establishment would like to accomplish here in the USA.

He was correct in what he said about many US Veterans. Our enlistment contracts were and are an employment contract, but our oath to defend this country continues to be valid long after that contract expired. Maybe that is why Homeland Security and the liberals in government don't trust us... "... I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC..."

This is a deep-Right story. Yes, it has some story value but overall it's political rather than entertaining.
